Brilliant Bernie

As part of our home learning this week we are comparing the size of a dinosaur footprint to our own.

Bernie, I was so incredibly proud of you today - you had completed your home learning before school even started back for the term .... and even more wonderful was the way you spoke so clearly and confidently in front of our class.  I was so impressed with all of your dinosaur knowledge and that you were so confident to share it with us - you are amazing Bernie.

Riley's Great Science Experiment

I have just checked my emails and I was excited to find this great you tube movie of Riley doing a great science experiment.  We are also going to do this experiment later in the term with our forces topic.

Home Learning

Today these children shared their butterfly life cycles with our class.

I was so impressed with the effort they made and that they could each explain the life cycle so well....and they each found a great way to present their information.

Miles and Cillian did a wonderful job of sharing their knowledge of the life cycle of a butterfly.

I can't wait to go to school on Monday and have a closer look at their great work.

Amazing Emma

Today Emma shared her butterfly life cycle with our class.

This is what she worked hard on at home as part of her home learning.

Emma made a fantastic poster and used lots of crafty materials.

She explained the life cycle really well too.
