Winter Fun

Today we had a very cool Winter Day. We started the day by making our own Hot Chocolate. First we added milo, milk, marshmallows and hot water to our cups, then we stirred it altogether. Next we drank it all up .... it tasted great! Then we wrote some great stories about our Hot Chocolate experience. After morning tea today we made our own hot chocolate cup that we will display our published work on. They look fantastic. For maths today we made our own books called Snowman, Snowman what do you see? The book is like Eric Carle and Bill Martin's book called Brown Bear, Brown Bear, what do you see? In these books we had to identify and find some 3D shapes. After lunch today we turned ourselves into a snowman! We cut out a photo of our head, we painted the sky as a background on our paper and added a carrot nose, hat and scarf .... we look fantastic!
